Enterprise offers customers UnForm®, a flexible and powerful document enhancement software solution developed by Synergetic Data Systems, Inc. UnForm can be used to produce laser forms, electronic documents, and reports, and integrates with Enterprise systems seamlessly.

UnForm’s most obvious advantage is that it eliminates the cost of pre-printed forms. But there are other benefits. UnForm allows you to:

UnForm is designed to work as a filter, starting with standard text input from your application’s print runs. UnForm analyzes the text, can add enhancements and process control, while sending the job out to a spooler, device, or even VSI-FAX. UnForm can add graphical elements, manipulate text, change fonts, and more. It can generate multiple, unique copies and route them to various locations.

UnForm prints to multiple devices. Output languages include PCL5 (most common printer control language for laser printers), PDF (for Adobe Acrobat documents), HTML (the language of Web browsers), and ZPLII (for barcode label printers).

UnForm improves document workflow by collating or un-collating copies, duplexing, sending document copies to different bins or different devices, faxes or e-mail gateways.
