Product Support Analyst - Greenville, SC |
Primary
Responsibilities:
|
Will
diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues relating
to our productivity products. |
Ideal
Candidate:
|
Will
have prior experience in technical support and experience
with computerized accounting, UNIX, TCP/IP, Windows NT/2000
and computer hardware. Individual must possess excellent
communication, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in the lumber industry is a plus. Degree in Computer
Science or a related field is preferred. |

Specialist - Greenville, SC |
Primary
Responsibilities:

Establishes
contact with new customers, monitors and guides conversion
process, and develops extraction techniques for new conversions.
Compile documentation of current and future conversions to
provide information to sales, format standards, and user
instructions. |
Ideal
Candidate:
|
Working
knowledge of SQL relational databases and UNIX scripting.
Be familiar with PC-based data extraction and manipulation
tools. Be generally knowledgeable about customer hardware
and communication protocols. 1-3 years of experience needed
in the use or support of industry specific software. |
